Hydraulic Positive Locking Cylinders Can Be Used For Core Pullers and Mold Slides

0401/pn-7Hasco's new Z 2300 hydraulic positive locking cylinders, with end position controlled by means of a proximity switch, can be used for core pullers and mold slides in injection molds. There is no need for a mold fixing device because the piston in the cylinder is locked in the forward position by an integrated positive locking device.

A tapered positive locking system allows the cylinder to withstand high injection pressures without applied hydraulic pressure. Thus, additional locking is not needed on the mold. There are 14 models available.
