INglass Group announces new company structure

Following the acquisition of France-based Ermo in 2014, INglass has implemented a rationalization of its brand policy to "better focus on the company's commercial activities." To that end, starting on Jan. 1, 2016, INglass will be the corporate brand, with the automotive lighting tooling and high-precision multi-cavity molds division acting under the Ermo brand as Ermo, member of INglass.
