Absolute Haitian and Color Service Earn Product Showcase Slots at EXPOPLAST

Injection molding machine maker Absolute Haitian and automated dosing system developer Color Service S.r.l. are among the 250-plus exhibitors at EXPOPLAST in Montréal on Nov. 13 and 14, 2024, but they also have the distinction of being selected for the Product Showcase. Limited to exhibitors introducing a new product since the previous event, the Product Showcase features companies representative of the various co-located tradeshows under the Advanced Design & Manufacturing (ADM) Expo umbrella. EXPOPLAST exhibitors Absolute Haitian and Color Service will demo their products and make a brief presentation at their booths on Nov. 14.

AI, sensors smarten up injection molding machines

Earlier this year, Absolute Haitian introduced its new Generation 5 Zeres injection molding machines to North America. The machines combine elements of artificial intelligence and the latest sensor technology to optimize production. At EXPOPLAST, the company will display its Zeres 1200 electric machine with smart energy management, clamping, lubrication, and diagnostics capabilities. The Product Showcase presentation is scheduled for Nov. 14 at 12:45 p.m. at booth 707.

Shuttle service for masterbatches

Color Service will highlight its CS-BatchTrain product for automated recipe composition when multiple components need to be precisely dosed within a closed system. The heart of the system is a mobile shuttle equipped with a sized scale. Loading and control of different volumes and types of containers can be managed simultaneously with full traceability, according to the company. ADM Montréal comes to the Palais des congrès on Nov. 13 and 14, 2024.
