Cold Jet (Loveland, OH) has announced that it will demonstrate its dry ice cleaning technology at booth 2328 at PLAST-EX, part of the Advanced Design and Manufacturing (ADM) event in Toronto next week. Cold Jet’s i³ MicroClean is a non-abrasive cleaning method that helps facilities clean molds in place at operating temperatures.
Designed around Cold Jet’s patented shaved dry ice technology, the i³ MicroClean enables the cleaning of intricate cavities that other methods cannot reach. The MicroClean system extends the life of equipment by eliminating the need for chemicals, wire brushes and abrasive pads, and allows for increased cycles between preventive maintenance operations while reducing scrap.
