Huf has now purchased licenses to use Cinpres and Maximator technologies, including all remaining Melea technologies plus Cinpres's Plastic Expulsion Process (PEP) overspill, which it applies in the manufacture of door handles. Cinpres also has exclusive rights to External Gas Molding (EGM) technology.

Huf, which has 5500 employees across Europe, North and South America and Asia, develops and manufactures key systems, lock sets, steering locks and remote control systems.

Maximator and the Cinpres Gas Injection signed a cooperation agreement in Düsseldorf wherein Cinpres granted Maximator the licensing rights for Europe. In the future, the companies noted that Maximator would be able to sublicense all of Cinpres' technology.

Maximator Managing Director Henning Willig said in a release that this deal represents an example of a customer benefiting from Cinpres's partnership Maximator. Huf has Maximator machinery and technology from Maximator and Cinpres.
