ISL Series granulators are German-engineered and accompanied by a range of accessories, including blowers, vacuum conveying systems, conveyor belts, metal detectors, and fines separators. The ISL low-speed models are designed for injection molding and the larger models in the series are also well suited for blowmolding applications. The ISL Series, along with all other models in the I Series, have a rotor design that keeps material away from side walls, extending the life of the walls; and the knives can be turned and resharpened four times. A hinged, pivot-back feed hopper offers easy access, and two sturdy lever clamps hold the lower front plate for easy removal when cleaning.Sizes range from 12 to 66 rotor knives and rotor diameters from 180 by 120 mm to 300 by 800 mm. Throughput, depending on materials processed, exceeds 200 kg/hr, and feed opening sizes are standard up to 800 by 400 mm.
