Newest and as yet largest machine in the Systec range: the Systec 1300.

This isn't the last stop for the Systec range either, as the manufacturer already plans to extend the range's size offerings yet again. In the course of 2011, the Systec machine series will be further expanded to include clamping forces up to 20,000 kN, says Sumitomo (SHI) Demag (Schwaig, Germany).

The Systec 1300 is available in three configuration levels-Basis, Smart or Performance- so an injection molder can choose his machine's options based on performance requirements and molding specifications. Up to a clamping force of 1200 kN, the Systec comes with an all-hydraulic clamping unit; high tonnage machines run with a toggle clamping unit.

The Systec series will be available with clamping forces of from 250 through 13,000 kN as from now. Use the link to find more of our articles on the Systec injection molding machine series.
