Milacron launches eStore to serve customers 24/7

Milacron Holdings Corp. (Cincinnati, OH), an industrial technology company serving the plastics processing industry, announced that its new Milacron eStore is now live and fulfilling customers’ orders in North America and Europe. In the past, Milacron’s product brands have had separate e-commerce operations, and this marks the launch of a single-source online store representing Milacron- and Ferromatik-branded injection molding machines, Milacron extrusion machines and Mold-Masters hot runners and control systems, as well as DME’s vast catalog of mold components and MRO industrial supplies.

“We are thrilled to launch the new Milacron eStore for our valued customers,” said Tom Goeke, Milacron CEO. “This milestone will allow our customers to have 24-hour access to spare parts, systems, components and industrial supplies from Milacron’s industry-leading product brands, via their computers, smartphones and tablets from anywhere in the world. It furthers our commitment to our customers, enabling them to perform modular purchases from our specific product brands or cross shop throughout our entire product portfolio.”

The eStore is Windows, Mac and iOS friendly, and features an intuitive and familiar online shopping experience and a simplified registration process. Milacron’s eStore is enabled with the latest security programs to ensure secure and safe transactions, including rapid credit card processing.

Tony Galuardi, Vice President and General Manager of Milacron Aftermarket, stated: “The Milacron eStore is another way Milacron is committed to serving our customers better every day. We’ve developed a comprehensive e-commerce site that allows you to track your order history to ensure reordering those frequent items will be quick and easy, and our injection machine customers will be able to search by machine to order parts through our interactive catalog.”

DME President Peter Smith said, “This eStore platform is key to linking customers to DME’s vast product inventory. The mold base configurator provides our customers in the Americas and in Europe the opportunity to design custom mold bases that meet their design requirements providing immediate design and CAD feedback and pricing. The e-Store also will act as our source for the standard MRO components, providing customers instant access to our inventory of over 10,000 in-stock parts.”
