Two custom injection molding companies have received awards sponsored by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce—the state chamber and manufacturers’ association—the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and accounting and advisory firm Baker Tilly.
Nicolet Plastics LLC (Mountain, WI) received the prestigious Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award in the one-to-99-employee category, presented on Feb. 22 at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. Nicolet Plastics was one of four Grand Award winners, categorized by number of employees and recognized for “impeccable performance, tenacity, and commitment to excellence.”

IMark Molding Inc. (Woodville, WI), one of three Special Award winners, garnered the Enterprise-wide Precision Award. IMark Molding specializes in molding medical devices for surgical, vascular/endovascular, orthopedic and dental applications.
IMark develops critical instrumentation as well as high-volume disposable components at a scale and quality that create value and lower risk for its customers. The company’s stringent iVantage process produced defect-free parts at high volumes to reduce cost and increase quality. The company is ISO 13485 certified and has Class 7 and Class 8 cleanrooms.
