Valve gate nozzle for side injection

The Sidegate hot runner nozzle has a cylindrical valve designed for side injection. It?s suited for the production of syringes, pipettes, and other tube-shaped plastic parts?long, narrow cores, and an opening on both sides of many medical plastics parts make side injection necessary to preserve surface quality.

The nozzles avoid the limitations of cold runners, such as complicated vestige removal and finishing work; and of open nozzles, including stringing and resulting surface treatment.
