Low-Profile Angled-Frame Conveyor Comes In A Range Of Configurations

pn1.jpgQ.C. Industries' low-profile (1.89 in.), angled-frame conveyor, the 125 Z Series, has the same design featuresas its 125 Series conveyors, butoffers additional frame and angleconfigurations.

Six standard angles (15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 deg) and five different frame configurations are offered. Frame configurations include the QCL (horizontal to incline), QCR (incline to horizontal), QCZ (horizontal to incline to horizontal), QCN (incline to horizontal to decline) and QCU (decline to horizontal to incline).

A variety of belt options are available. Cleated belts incorporate a high-strength, welded cleat for long belt life and load-carrying capacities up to 225 lb. Widths range from 6 to 24 in. and lengths to 25 ft. Cleat sizes range from 1/2 to 3 in., with angled cleats also available. Belt speeds are to 225 ft/min.

In addition, belt changes can be made in less than 5 min. All bearings are equipped with seals and incorporate grease fittings for ease of lubrication while conveyors are running.

Conveyors are available in standard and corrosion-resistant styles. A variety of sides, guides, stands, mounts and drive packages are available. These conveyors are said to be competitively priced and can be delivered in two to four weeks.
