Hot runner systems are designed to address challenging applications?including automotive, medical, and electronics?for small parts and difficult-to-mold materials such as LCP, POM, PBT, and nylons as well as PC, ABS, and PP. Systems include thermal-tip, valve-, or side-gating designs. To download 2-D or 3-D CAD files of nozzles, visit the company?s website.

The systems can mold parts as little as .02g, and pitch can be less than 7 mm. They work in high- or low-cavity count molds and are designed to process engineered materials with exceptional temperature uniformity.
