Iris Valves have a tough, stainless steel control ring and a sturdy and ergonomic metal handle. The valves handle dry bulk material in pneumatic conveying or gravity flow systems. There is no metal-to-metal contact in the actuation mechanism, and a choice of hole-mounting patterns is available. The valves come in 4- through 18-inch sizes, and there are many standard models in stock. The Iris Valve is available in a choice of sleeve material as well as different construction options. Valves can be manufactured in aluminum, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, or Teflon-coated to accommodate a wide variety of materials.
