The co-located Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) West and Plastec West trade show in Anaheim, CA, next week features hundreds of suppliers, many of whom specialize in plastics-related products and services for the medical technology industry. The largest annual medical manufacturing event in North America, MD&M West is supplemented by the new Design. Engineer. Build. conference (formerly called the MD&M West conference) featuring dozens of speakers, experts in their fields, discussing the latest developments in digital health, smart manufacturing, 3D printing, regulatory issues, and much more. Of special interest to the medical plastics community is the MiniTec 2021 conference, Saving the World Through Medical Plastics and Sustainable Solutions, organized in collaboration with the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Medical Plastics Division.
