Weighing only 16g and measuring 1 by 1.69 inches, a new line of miniature air-powered inline Venturi vacuum pumps can be affixed to EOAT for process flexibility. The Anver JV Series mini vacuum pumps have .5- or .74-cu-ft/min flow rates depending on the model. The units are constructed from a thermoplastic and can be mounted close to the pickup points, increasing response time and reducing overall air consumption. They can be used as single pumps or in a manifold setup and are available with a silencer. Four models with two different flow rates and two different thread sizes for tube-connection ports are offered. The JV Series can operate from ?10 to 80C. The cost is $9.95 apiece.
