Modular mounting blocks

A new family of four modular, machine-mountable DeviceNet I/O mounting blocks has been introduced by Balluff Inc. (Florence, KY). They?re part of a new line of ODVA?approved connectivity products that include 16 input-only, 16 point-configurable, eight input/output, and eight output-only models. All of the blocks reportedly feature customer-requested features such as robust, full metal, low-profile housings to protect your cables and high-density inputs that let you use splitters to double the input count. Easily accessible setup switches and large, highly visible status LEDs also are featured.?CK
