What's Hot! New MP Series granulators feature a rugged and compact design with integral electronics and fast purging. Hopper and cradle fasteners are the same and the screen cradle 'drops in and out' for easy cleaning. A viewing area for the bin and hopper is available. Other features include a robot chute, fixed proximity switches and lifting hooks. There are four models in the series with horsepowers ranging from 3 to 15.

Also new are the CS1760 and 2260 100- hp granulators. MPG says these units will handle any product that can fit in their hoppers (17 x 60 in. and 22 x 60 in.), which can be hand or conveyor fed via an optional side feed, rear chute feed or a top feed. For film and roll assemblies additional rotor and bed knives can be added.

Existing Products On Display The IM75R 5-hp granulator will be shown with a robot feed hopper and a segmented rotor with removable blades. These blades can be sharpened with a 'unique' procedure.

Cool Booth Details Granulator maintenance will be demonstrated (blades, belts, screen changing and chamber disassembly).
