What's Hot! The Munchy M100 is a 100 kg/hr recycling system for process scrap. Unit is said to be both cheaper to own and cheaper to operate than similar equipment. The M100 has a footprint of 120 sq ft and is capable of producing high-quality pellets from a range of materials including LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE, and from coextruded and multilayer films. Munchy says that even printed or damp materials can be processed with the system's venting option. The machine will accept material in various forms, including edge trim, cut-outs, bags or sacks and flakes.

Existing Products On Display will include the Munchy P55 Aqua, a water-cooled system for polypropylenes, including OPP and BOPP, as well as PS, ABS and nylon blends; and the Munchy ET for on-line reprocessing of edge trim.
