ASPM, which is certified to ISO/TS 16949:2002 without product design, has two molding facilities in Ohio, one in Dayton and one in Fairborn, running a total of 58 injection systems ranging from 50 to 950 tons of clamp force. It works with customers from the level of industrial design concept through finished parts, and its experienced design staff regularly upgrades existing designs to optimize their DFM (design for manufacturability).

The 13 new machines include six 200-ton all-electric Mitsubishi systems, six 110-ton Mitsubishi presses, and one 150-ton vertical Toyo system. ASPM's production capabilities include IMD, insert molding, structural foam, gas counter-pressure, multishot, lost core, and a variety of post-molding technologies. One of its project's annual volume calls for four production cells doing insert molding, followed by extremely close tolerance post-mold CNC lathe-turning of the glass-filled acetal production parts.
