Chicago-based Berlin Packaging has finalized its acquisition of packaging supplier All-Pak Inc., which is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. Together, the two companies have more than 40 sales and warehouse facilities throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and a broad line of glass, plastic, paper, and other rigid packaging products.

Berlin Packaging completes acquisition of All-Pak

Alexander T. All-Pak will maintain a significant operation presence at all of its locations. Berlin is a full-service supplier, providing value-adding services such as design, labeling, filling, and sourcing, while also keeping more than 25,000 units available in stock.
