Berlin Packaging Wraps Up Consolidated Bottle Acquisition

Berlin Packaging grows footprint in Canadian market through purchase of one of Canada’s leading packaging suppliers.

Berlin Packaging, which bills itself as the world’s largest hybrid packaging supplier, has acquired Consolidated Bottle Corp., a leading packaging supplier in Canada. The transaction, which was announced on Nov. 3, significantly expands Berlin Packaging’s footprint in Canada. All Consolidated Bottle employees and locations will be retained. Following the acquisition, the company will be known as Consolidated Bottle Corp., a Berlin Packaging company.

Berlin Packaging supplies a range of packaging including glass, plastic, and metal containers and closures, and provides package design, financing, consulting, warehousing, and logistics services to customers across all industries.
