New cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) film grade targets food packaging

Topas Advanced Polymers will feature its new film extrusion grade of cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), the 7010F-600, which features a glass transition temperature of 110°C and extrusion capabilities for multilayer food packaging, at K 2013 (Oct. 16-23; Düsseldorf, Germany). The company will showcase its line of COC resins in Booth 7A05, which will be shared with its parent company, Polyplastics (Tokyo).
