Piovan has introduced the first of a series of new product specific "MiniSites," which will address the company's new products and technologies for plastics industrial applications. One of the first MiniSites is the company's PureFlo Filterless Vacuum receiver line, which was introduced at the K Show last fall.
"We have seen a great deal of interest in this new technology and we want to give our customers the easiest and fastest possible link for application and design information without having to navigate through our main web site," said Giorgio Santella, Piovan's head of Marketing. "The MiniSite gives us the chance to specifically show the PureFlo and its unique capability to satisfy three basic needs of today's processor: reducing operating costs, eliminating downtime and maintenance problems and improving conveying efficiency. PureFlo satisfies all of these essential requirements and more and the MiniSite makes product information easily and quickly accessible for anyone."
"We think that this product simply puts aside many of the issues that have plagued vacuum conveying systems for years. It's easy to clean, simple, and trouble free. Highlighting all of this in a product specific MiniSite makes great sense," added Bill Goldfarb, President of Universal Dynamics, Piovan's U.S. subsidiary.
MiniSites for Piovan's Modula central drying systems, Quantum new generation gravimetric blenders, Ryng in-line inventory management system, Genesys autodaptive drying systems, Digitemp temperature controllers, Ecosmart high efficiency industrial chillers are already online. Winfactory, the company's plant wide supervisory system, will be added in the near future. "Our desire is to give our customers fast and easy access to application information and technology for any product, in which they may have an interest" said Santella.
