Plastics in automotive applications focus of new conference

Reducing cost to manufacture and lightweighting are at the forefront of automotive manufacturing, which bring into play materials as well as processing to meet new design challenges. Sessions at this year's Plastics-In-Motion conference include Lightweight Automotive Components; Bringing New Materials & Processes Online; Specialty Automotive Applications; Advances in Structural Composites; Plastics in Automotive Interiors, Exteriors and Engine Components; Innovations in Manufacturing & Assembly; and Novel Materials and Specialty Additives.

There will be a variety of presentations within each of these session topics that will cover a range of new technologies and designs, and will feature leaders in the automotive as well as the plastics industry.
