Plastics-in-Motion 2016 makes tracks to Charleston

There will be 34 presentations from a range of companies including Ford Motor Company talking about the Ford Shelby GT350R carbon-fiber wheel and TPE-graphene composites, Solvay Specialty Polymers discussing the Polymotor 2 all-plastic engine, Rochling Automotive on the plastic rear muffler, Integral Technologies speaking about novel conductive plastics used to lightweight batteries and much more in seven topical sessions.

Sessions include Advanced Structural Composites; Plastics in Automotive Interiors & Exteriors; Plastics Under-the-Hood; Lightweighting Automotive Components; Innovations in Manufacturing & Assembly; Specialty Materials; and Sustainable Automotive Plastics & Elastomers.
