* Standard hot runner manifolds designed for short delivery times and reduced cost. They are available for 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-drop applications and more than 50 sizes are offered. Units have radii in all corners for smooth material flow and easy color changes. Heaters are the Calrod type and pressed into place for even heating and long life.

* K Type hot runner nozzles are designed with replaceable steel tips for easy replacement in the press.

* The Quick Action clamping system is a maintenance-free, self-locking bayonet-type system suitable for molds weighing up to 3300 lb. Unit has multiple applications on horizontal and vertical injection molding machines with two or four tie bars (as well as on tiebarless designs) with up to around 210 tons of clamping force.

* Q-Star temperature controllers for up to 250 zones are compact, user-friendly and have a touch-screen monitor.
