AST Technology previews new CVe Live at K

Now molders can view mold activity in real time with the new CVe Live remote monitoring system from AST Technology, a Progressive Components Inc. Group, being featured at Hall 1 Stand E36. Using a website interface, this upgraded version of the CVe Monitor gives users the ability to view mold activity in real time, providing information such as cycle times, quantity of cycles, and maintenance for tools running around the globe.

CVe Live allows users to see alerts if maintenance is due or overdue, while also generating graphs and reports on the activity of a specific mold or group of molds, including a comparison via the Program Watch module. This provides supply chain/logistics personnel with up-to-the-minute information on inventory levels in the supply chain.

Other features of the CVe Live include tamper evidence and maintenance countdowns that will be available on the CVe Monitor devices, enabling more robust reporting within OnDemand, the system monitoring software.
