MA Series auger-fed granulators have a low-profile design with screen drawer and hinged lid that allow easy access for cutting-chamber cleaning. The three slanted-rotor knives and two counter-slanted bed knives help eliminate jamming, produce uniform granulate, and reduce material shear. The three MA models have throat sizes ranging from 152 by 203 mm (6 by 8 inches) to 305 by 406 mm (12 by 16 inches). Design of the auger screw prevents wraparound of the runners before material enters the chamber. It has a multiple V-belt rotor drive.
