Auto-feed calibration

The CF-1000 Series gravimetric additive feeder from Colortronic (Flint, MI) features a compact feeder that provides accurate metering of additives, even at low output rates, as well as material usage tracking. The CF-1000 adds colorant or other free-flowing material to the process based on a self-calibrating gravimetric control. This eliminates the overfeeding that typically accompanies volumetric feeders and also renders recalibration unnecessary. Automatic self-adjustment occurs if there is a deviation from the set additive weight, and automatic calibration makes the xF-1000 series simple and easy to use.
