A self-contained, compressed-air hopper bank pre-dries materials for quick changeovers. Each hopper has its own booster heater and temperature control so that different materials can be dried at different temperatures simultaneously. The hopper bank allows a wide temperature range of 70-350ºF without the need for after-coolers. This is said to be the first introduction of a multiple-hopper system that uses compressed air.

The hopper bank has one power and air connection for easy installation. Airflow to the hoppers is controlled automatically when the temperature controls are turned on and off, eliminating manual air valves. The stainless steel, insulated drying hoppers are designed for easy cleaning and have a slide gate for draining.

A built-in compressed-air Dri-Pack dryer uses membrane technology to provide -40ºF dewpoints, and saves space by eliminating the need for an external desiccant dryer power pack. Two- and three-hopper models are available with either a 5- or 15-lb capacity, ideal for small-tonnage machine applications.
