MI-PE 140 digital pyrometers are designed to measure extremely thin films such as PE or PP with a material thickness of only 30 µm. This fully digital device offers noncontact temperature measurement in a narrow spectral range of 3.43 µm for plastic films. The pyrometer has a temperature range of 167°F to 932°F. Three different focusable optics are available for the MI-PE 140 to optimally match the instrument to the application.
