Dispensing system with PDA interface

NP_Zenith_9000DS_dispens-01.jpgThe 9000DS dispensing system has metering pumps and stepper motor control combined with a Palm PDA interface. Users can set up, program, and operate dispensing applications with the PDA interface. Automatic component recognition and configuration along with system diagnostics make setup and operation quick and easy. Time, volume, and batch inputs are combined with five standard dispensing modes for customization and versatility. Program storage and administration allows specific applications to be stored, eliminating the need to recreate a new program every time the process is run.

The system provides dispensing from .01 cu cm/sec to 2.7 liter/min, differential pressure up to 1000 psi, and fluid viscosity up to one million cps. The system is CE compliant, and comes with a 9000-series precision metering pump, stepper motor, base plate, Palm Pilot, dispensing application software, and communication cables. It can reportedly be up and running in about 20 minutes.
