Two new members will be added to Bosch Rexroth AG's (Stuttgart/Lohr, Germany) board of management, effective Feb. 1. Replacing chairman Manfred Grundke, who is leaving Bosch on Feb. 29 to become managing director of a privately owned German company, is Albert Hieronimus, currently managing director of Motor Industries Co. Ltd., a Bosch subsidiary in Bangalore, India.

Karl Tragl, who heads BR's Electric Drives & Controls division, will also be appointed to the company's board of management and be responsible for sales. The German company is parent to Bosch Rexroth Corp. in Hoffman Estates, IL (www.boschrexroth-us.com).
