EnterpriseIQ boasts 700 improvements, enhancements
Soliciting and incorporating user feedback is the primary method by which IQMS seeks to improve its ERP software, and the latest edition proves no exception, with some 700 "improvements and enhancements" being incorporated since the last update. The company says 90% of developments come from user-derived input.

For EnterpriseIQ's latest edition, this ongoing input has meant, among other enhancements, accounting developments; "enhanced user-defined form controls for more customization"; "increased assembly-scheduling flexibility"; "new options for important job/task time and cost tracking"; "a new, detailed industry-specific compounding manufacturing type and the ability to incorporate the product configuration when parsing EDI-based sales orders automatically."
According to the company, the development and enhancement involvement from customers comes from client-focused events such as the User Group conference, and the MyIQMS customer-centric support website where users can submit development requests, which are available for fellow user comments and votes, and then "track the changes through development, testing and release."
The company also points to "new and innovative ways to report production on the plant floor" in response to manufacturers' needs for more flexibility in production reporting. The "WebDirect Vendor Labeling System" is a new program that aims to improve customer service for vendors while increasing inventory control and saving the manufacturer time and money.
The latest version of EnterpriseIQ is available now.
