PF_DavisStandard_TBL-3.gif
A custom-designed tubing system manufactures specialty and commercial-grade tubing for bio-science, medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and industrial applications?including Pharm-A-Line, a TPE tubing product line said to offer a cost-effective and biologically enhanced alternative to traditional biopharmaceutical and silicone tubing.

The extrusion system includes a 2.5-inch (60 mm) and a 1.25-inch (30 mm) extruder, an Epic III control system, single- and multiplayer extrusion tooling, a OD measuring and control system, and associated downstream equipment. Pharm-A-Line IV tubing is coextruded with an inner core and outer lining of USP Class VI low-density polyethelene. The extrusion system manufactures products to meet exacting specifications, such as internal diameters as small as .032-inch and tolerances as low as ±.00002.
