Theysohn Torque Master (TTM) extruders are said to be reliable and yield high outputs. The machine produces PVC sheet and siding, in addition to PVC pipe. Sheet output is 250 to 1100 kg/hr. The extruder can produce transparent sheets of 1 to 6 mm, rigid sheets of 1 to 20 mm, foam sheets of 1 to 25 mm, and coex sheets of 3 to 25 mm. Siding output is up to 1500 kg/hr and up to 45 m/min line speed. Fully integrated downstream equipment is available, along with special applications such as film applied on siding.
