What's Hot! With the integration of Hyperion and FullMetrics software, processors will be able to test and validate strategic business decisions based on real-time production data from the manufacturing process. The products to be integrated pertain to Hyperion's Enterprise Performance Management integrated suite of packaged analytic applications, including Hyperion Activity Based Management and Hyperion Performance Measurement.

The latest release of the FullMetrics Production & Process Management System running with Microsoft SQL 7, includes the following enhancements: Web-based reports, 'on-demand' training at the machine, trend alarming, bar code labeling, automatic/ intelligent saving of profile curves based on configurable criteria and archiving of shot profiles for inspection.

The latest FullMetrics DirectConnect Analyzer is a more versatile diagnostic tool with improved portability and enhanced signal conditioning.

Existing Products On Display will include:

* Data Interchange for a bi-directional sharing of production information with the ERP/MRPII or other application;

* QuickConnect Analyzer, a quick-and-easy- to-connect diagnostic tool for shop-floor use. It will be presented with the Machine Interface Box, a neat cable termination box for stringent plant-floor safety requirements. It can also be used with the Plastics Machine Monitor.

* Plastics Machine Monitor comprises signal-conditioning data-acquisition hardware and a computer, all within an industrial enclosure, which collects process data in real-time directly from sensors on the machine.

Cool Booth Details Ongoing live demonstrations will be available in collaboration with several machine builders where FullMetrics applications will be reading process parameters in real-time from different presses while operational. Circle 262
