What's Hot! Making its NPE debut is a new Vacuum Sizing Tank, featuring a closed recirculation loop and variable speed pump that automatically maintains vacuum set points over time with no drift. Also new is the company's Simple Servo, on-demand rotary cutter with velocityservo controls, reportedly offering higher accuracy and easier operator control at lower cost than microprocessor-controlled servo cutters.

Existing Products On Display include a Vacuum Sizing Tank, configured in-line with an Integrated Puller/Cutter System and Discharge Conveyor. Downstream is a Model 3B, 3 x 20 in. Caterpillar Puller with Synchro-Pull Double-Sided Timing Belt Drive System that simplifies design, reduces maintenance and increases operating speeds while minimizing drive-train backlash.

Integrated with the Puller is a Model 500 On-Demand Rotary Cutter with vacuum clutch/brake drive system delivering high torque and accuracy. Cut-to length extrusions are accumulated by a Model C306BO3SS Discharge Conveyor with air blow-off.

Also displayed will be the company's Bondabelt flat, contoured and slotted replacement belts for all models and makes of caterpillar feeders/pullers. Circle 166
