Hardened hotwork ejection pins

A line of hardened throughout, hotwork ejector pins are offered in 36 standard sizes from Royal Diversified Products. The RHX Hard-Core Series H-13 ejector pins are precision ground from hotwork dies steel and hardened throughout to 50-55 Rockwell C hardness with the surface ion nitrided to 65-74 Rockwell C hardness. The laser-marked pins are available in standard 1/32-inch to ½-inch diameters and in 6-, 10-, and 14-inch overall lengths, as well as +.005-inch oversize and .5, 2, 3, and 4-inch shoulder lengths. Featuring diameter tolerances that are said to be held to .0003 inch, the pins are designed to eliminate flaking, cracking, and dishing. The pins are thermally resistant to 1100°F without the loss of physical properties and are ideal for working with glass-filled materials. Custom titanium nitride and Dicronite coatings are also available.
