HASCO Worldwide celebrates 90th anniversary with ride of a lifetime

HASCO Worldwide, a manufacturer of precision mold components, is celebrating 90 years in business with an open house at HASCO America Inc. in Fletcher, NC. HASCO, headquartered in Germany, manufactures mold bases, mold components, and hot runner systems to serve mold makers globally.

The open house will be held Friday, September 12, at 2 PM with a facility tour and technical presentations, and will allow visitors to see the company's newest components, as well as meet the people of HASCO America. Food and beverages also will be served.

harley-250.jpgIf you have a valid motorcycle license, HASCO invites attendees to join them on a three-day "motorcycle tour of a lifetime." Don't own a motorcycle? Don't worry - HASCO will pick up attendees at the airport and take them to Charlotte, where the company has reserved 20 Harley-Davidson bikes with goal of driving to Asheville, NC, arriving by 5 PM to join the open house in progress. If you own a motorcycle and are able to reach Asheville by bike, you can meet the group directly at the open house.

On Saturday, September 13, the motorcycle group will leave the Asheville area after breakfast and ride their bikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway toward Deals Gap and the famous Tail of the Dragon. Lunch will be by the Tree of Shame. Dinner and hotel on Saturday night will also be provided by HASCO.

Sunday, September 14, after breakfast, the group will ride on the famous Moonshiners Run through Georgia, SC, and back to Charlotte, NC, where they will return the bikes after lunch. Transportation to the Charlotte airport will be provided.
