Friedrich Freek GmbH, with its Italian partner Euroheat Srl, will display developments for hot runner heating elements and for flexible heater mats. The firm has extended its HotMicroCoil hot runner heating elements range to include those designed especially for micro injection molding as well as for short cavity distances, and those with a power density of more than 1.5 kW at a length of 1300 to 1800 mm. It is also introducing its polyester heater mats, designed for applications where silicone heaters are either too large or costly. Friedr. Freek GmbH, Menden, Germany; www.freek.de
