High-speed corrugator for small conduit

The UC100 corrugator was introduced at K 2004 by Unicor GmbH of Hassfurt Germany, represented in North America by ProfilePipe Machinery. The UC100 produces 100-mm, double-wall corrugated duct at more than 72 ft/min?45% faster than conventional corrugators, which typically run at 50 ft/min. It uses 10- to 12-inch shorter die nozzles than conventional corrugators, and a special inlet curve geometry on the track that starts with a large radius and then gets tighter. The result is an accelerating curve that avoids vibration and wear.
