A single-pass hot-air dryer is ideal for drying nonhygroscopic resins. The process air heater and all other components are accessible from the unit?s exterior. The dryer has a high-efficiency blower and motor, a process air filter, tubular incoloy sheath heaters, and a NEMA 1 control enclosure. The outside diameter of the air outlet duct is sized depending on the model. The solid state controls have options including an over-temperature alarm, high heat up to 400°F, and U.L.-listed controls.
