The S20-D2C hot runner control module has an amp readout to monitor and troubleshoot heat zones. The modules are said to be reliable, basic, and simple to use and monitor. Up and down pushbuttons allow quick and easy temperature setting with no menu to page through.

The controls have anti-arcing protection, a soft-start feature with a low-power startup that protects heaters, and manual operation. If temperature control circuitry fails, the output can be set to 0% to 100% of available power. Indicators show hot runner status at a glance. They also have a heater-load LED and show a constant digital display of temperature and setpoint.
