LK Systems announces arrival of first eXcel in North America
LK Systems Inc. (Ladera Ranch, CA), a global manufacturer of injection molding machinery and newcomer to the North American injection molding market, announced the arrival and installation of an eXcel 175-ton injection molding machine. The machine is the first of a three-machine package to be installed at Diamond Line Inc., a manufacturer and importer of floral containers and supplies for the retail floral industry, based in Akron, OH.

LK Systems Inc. (Ladera Ranch, CA), a global manufacturer of injection molding machinery and newcomer to the North American injection molding market, announced the arrival and installation of an eXcel 175-ton injection molding machine. The machine is the first of a three-machine package to be installed at Diamond Line Inc., a manufacturer and importer of floral containers and supplies for the retail floral industry, based in Akron, OH.
The 175-ton eXcel will be followed by the installation of 315- and 600-ton eXcel machines to be used in diverse container and general-purpose applications. Diamond Line has also been signed as the exclusive sales agent for LK injection molding machinery covering the Midwest region. Established in 1977, Diamond Line covers this region with three technical sales people who have nearly 50 years of combined plastics industry experience, said information from LK Systems.

Diamond Line has 130,000-sq-ft of office and warehouse space, and LK is equipped to supply spare parts on immediate notice, and deliver service by LK's staff of two factory-trained service technicians in a timely manner. Shayne Bishop, Vice President, Operations, for Diamond Line, commented, "The shipment, delivery and installation of our eXcel was a logistical dream. Seamless from shipment to installation, we are looking forward to adding this advanced level technology to our machine line."
The introduction of LK's versatile eXcel machine provides high-quality, affordable servo injection molding machines in sizes ranging from 90 to 615 tons.
