The modular design on FKI Logistex?s new pick-and-pass transfer conveyor offers versatility and quick field installation time. The Accupass conveyors can be built in a variety of configurations without additional specialized engineering. The 24V motorized roller technology provides operating rates of up to 30 packages/min with weight capacities up to 75 lb. The conveyor saves energy by only running on demand, and it requires no compressed air or high-voltage drops since it is an entirely 24V system. Users can select the type of network used for controlling the system thanks to a modular wiring and controls system. The Accupass can integrate with PLCs or other high-level control systems typically used in distribution centers. The Accupass conveyors are compatible with the entire line of FKI Logistex conveyors.
