Hasco?s Z202 range is said to offer good value.

This supplier of mold components and hot runners has announced the launch of its revised and optimized nozzle program, the Z202 Value Shot range, with new nozzles available on the large and small ends of the range, including larger nozzles with lengths up to 250 mm. Also, the available lengths for the small nozzle diameters have been extended, so that users now have a choice of 28 different nozzle sizes. The range offers options with regard to the geometry and material used to manufacture the nozzle tips. The standard beryllium copper alloy CuCoBe nozzle tips have been modified, and the range now includes nozzle tips made of a special molybdenum alloy to help when processing filled molding compounds and engineering plastics.New open nozzle tips of CuCoBe are for gating onto sub-runners or for direct gating with sprue. The open nozzle tips reduce pressure losses and avoid split melts and low-shear filling.Hasco Hasenclever GmbH & Co. KG, Lüdenscheid, Germany; +49 2351-957-0; [email protected]; www.hasco.com
