Three newly revised and optimized temperature controllers from the TRW Series were displayed on the Remak stand during K 2004. They are characterized by simplified operation, automatic interface recognition, and automatic heat phase switching. In addition, there is the PulseTemp unit, which is capable of operating in three separate modes: pulse cooling, continuous flow temperature control, and temperature monitoring. Up to 60 mold cooling circuits can be freely programmed. It is said to combine the advantages of conventional temperature control technology with those of the pulse-cooling technique, enabling an optimal parts-specific temperature profile to be achieved.
