Electromagnetic Conveyor Has No Belts Or Bearings
The VMC Series electromagnetic conveyor is said to offer a maintenance-free way to convey delicate products as well as dry bulk materials. Unit is said to combine the advantages of a mechanical conveyor (higher deflection and lower frequency) with the trouble-free service of an electromagnetic conveyor (no belts, bearings or other parts to wear out).
Unit has fiberglass springs that amplify the trough stroke and are adjustable to provide fine-tuning of conveyor motion. The feed rate can be controlled with 'watch-like' precision with a variable-voltage controller. Amplitude is adjustable from 0 to 100%.
A variety of trough sizes and types are available to meet specific requirements. Prices range from $6000 to $30,000.
