Hardened Ejector Pins Are For Glass-Filled Applications

True-Hard Ejector Pins are made from M-2 high-speed steel and are uniformly hardened to Rc 60-63 from the surface to the core to eliminate flaking, cracking, dishing and surface fractures. Precision ground after hardening, these pins are said to be rigid, yet flexible enough to work with glass-filled materials.

Straight and shoulder types are available. Lengths are 6 and 8 in.; shoulder lengths are 1/2, 2, 3 and 4 in. Diameters range from 1/32 to 1/4 in., metric sizes  from 0.8 to 2.5 mm. Custom pins are available with diameter tolerances to 0.0001 in. Prices start at $2.25/pin.
